DRAFT CONSTITUTION FOR APPROVAL AT THE NATIONAL A.G.M. 7/9/25

Due to legislation, the NZ Trainers' Association is required to re-register with the Incorporated Societies Register before 1 April 2026. This has meant the Constitution has had to be amended to ensure it complies with the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.  For further details on the key changes to the Act can be found here.
