AUTHORISED SYNDICATORS

If you are already an authorised syndicator and have shares to sell, these can be listed on the Love Racing syndication platform: http://owner.loveracing.co.nz

Trainers can apply to become an authorised syndicator - Class A trainers are automatically approved and there is no application fee. Relaxed reporting restrictions for syndicates where members are charged on an “invoice on costs” basis now apply.
For clarity in regards to what is classed as advertising - a racehorse trainer may promote their services on Facebook and other social media platforms. They can offer their assistance in selecting a horse, however unless they are an authorised syndicator, they cannot promote shares in a specific syndicate.
